Lead Recreation Assistant NF-03
What you'd do
This position is located at Rumpel Fitness Center, Fort McCoy, WI. This announcement has been extended. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
Major duties
Leads a staff of 3-12 employees who perform work up to the NF-0189-03 level. Leads and reviews work assignments on a daily, weekly, or longer basis. Sets the pace of work to be performed. May train lower graded or new employees. Instructs and/or assists in group fitness classes and proper exercise techniques, proper use of equipment to prevent injury, safety measures, cardiovascular training, stretching, weight training, water aerobics. Supports aquatic facility through lifeguarding and instructing and/or assisting with swim lessons. May be required to help plan, conduct, publicize and arrange support for a variety of sponsored events, social activities, tournaments and related functions. May be required to operate a government vehicle. Performs other duties as assigned.
