What you'd do
This position is located at McCoy's Community Center Announcement amended: Pay rate changed due to new pay tables This is an open continuous announcement to provide a ready pool of available applicants as needed. List will be issued at management's request throughout the announcement timeframe. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
Major duties
Prepares a limited variety of short order, fast food items to include hamburgers, hot dogs, fish and chicken sandwiches, pizzas, French fries, etc. in a Snack Bar setting. Removes perishable foods from the freezer for daily activities. Assures tables, and all work areas to include equipment and storage areas are promptly cleared and cleaned. Takes delivery of supplies and ensures proper storage of shipments. Accepts food orders from patrons and receives payments and completes cash report at the end of assigned shift. Assists in coordinating food and beverage needs for special events, not limited to preparing and serving food and cleaning up work areas. Follows all safety, security, and good housekeeping rules. Performs other duties as assigned.
What you need to qualify

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Must meet state/local age requirements at the time of appointment IF serving alcoholic beverages. Ability to work without more than normal supervision. Ability to keep things neat, clean, and in order. Possess basic food preparation and handling techniques. Ability to interpret verbal and written instructions. Knowledge of basic sanitation principles. Ability to use and maintain kitchen tools and equipment. Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds and frequently walk, bend, stoop, pull, push and reach.
