What you'd do
This position is located at at Fort Leonard Wood Piney Valley Golf Course and Field Maintenance located on Fort Leonard Wood, MO. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. **This announcement is open and continuous; closing 08/19/2026 or until the position is filled. Weekly reviews and lists sent to management starting 28 May 2026; additional lists may be sent at management request.**
Major duties
Opens and unpacks cartons of materials and removes contents. Moves or uses hand truck to move various items requiring delivery or storage. Sets up and breaks down multi-functional areas. Polices assigned areas, collects and disposes of trash and debris, cuts grass and pulls weeds, waters grass and flower beds, spreads mulch, and rakes leaves. Shovels snow and puts down salt. Washes and waxes vehicles. Arranges mobile furniture, movable walls, light equipment, etc. Sweeps, vacuums, mops, scrubs and waxes floors. Uses industrial household cleaners to clean, disinfect and deodorize windows, mirrors, fixtures, and facilities. Replenishes supplies as necessary. Reports facility condition to supervisor including the need for repairs. Dusts and polishes furniture. Empties trash. Performs all duties as assigned.
What you need to qualify
