What you'd do
This position is located at Road Runner Lanes Bowling Center, White Sands Missile Range, NM. Refusal of a military spouse to participate in established recruitment procedures is considered a declination of employment and is a basis for termination of SEP entitlement for the current PCS of the sponsor. (AR 215-3 2-5). Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
Major duties
Monitors operations and personnel performance to ensure smooth running of daily facility procedures as well as special events/activities. Enforces operational standards by ensuring staff follow established schedules, training requirements, and certifications are up to date in accordance with regulations. Conducts inventory checks in accordance with facility policies, place and receive food and beverage orders for the facility, completes Daily Activity Reports. Attends to customer orders and ensures guest satisfaction. Operates a cash register as well as assisting in the kitchen and with leagues and open bowling as needed. May serve alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with customer orders. Provides information to customers on services offered and assists with marketing efforts. Performs opening/closing procedures for the facility.
What you need to qualify

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Progressively responsible duties in the receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit, custody or other processing of cash items. Where duties involve selling alcoholic beverages applicant must meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic beverage at the time of appointment. Skill in providing customer service. Ability to communicate effectively. NOTE: The above minimum qualifications must be described within the duties of previous work experience listed on the applicant's resume and/or supporting documents. A copy of all documents must be submitted at the time of application. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Best Qualified": Must have a minimum of 1 year experience working within a food and beverage establishment. Applicants that meet the "Best Qualified" criteria will be referred to management for consideration first. All others may be referred if management does not make a selection from the best qualified list.
