What you'd do

This position is located at: Multiple locations - Fort Polk, Louisiana. We are filling Bartender positions at multiple locations to include The Forge Bar and Grill and Warrior Lanes Bowling. This is an open continuous announcement. All qualified applicants will be forwarded to management on a weekly or as needed basis.

Major duties

Operates a small full-service bar, mixing and serving a full range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Records sales and makes change or prepares charge slips in accordance with operating procedures. Keeps bar, utensils, equipment and work area clean and sanitary. Keeps records of quantities of beverages dispensed and submits requirement for re-stocking to supervisor. Uses tact and courtesy to deny further sales to persons whose conduct has become unruly or who appear to be intoxicated.

What you need to qualify

Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Must meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic at the time of appointment. Be able to lift and carry weights up to 40 pounds. Possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory. Skill in mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. Ability to monitor and direct the work of other bar staff. Qualifying prior work experience must be clearly described within your resume. Failure to clearly describe all qualifying work experience within your resume, may result in an ineligible rating or may affect your overall vetting process.
