This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies through the Modified DoD Direct Hire Authority. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Major duties

You will resolve the complete range of problems within the scope of activity operations and refer operational problems requiring highly specialized expertise to the appropriate technical expert. You will provide troubleshooting advice and assistance to customers and lead rapid response teams in response to customer service problems. You will serve on application implementation team to ensure customer service requirements are addressed and review technical and design specifications to address customer requirements. You will conduct trend analyses to identify areas where additional customer training and assistance is needed. You will develop, update and maintain a comprehensive database of technical problems and corresponding resolutions.

What you need to qualify

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: (1) Coordinating, executing, implementing and maintaining the installation of customer application systems; (2) Providing advice and assistance to customers and troubleshooting complex systems problems; (3) Reviewing technical and design specifications to develop customer performance requirements; and (4) Integrating a variety of systems development activities and new technologies.
