Major duties

Manages a business activity as an assistant manager. Recommends and enforces operating procedures. Represents an activity to the public. Conducts surveys, reviews activity reports and makes recommendations concerning services, promotional activities and revenue improvements. Supervises assigned staff.

What you need to qualify

Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience or education directly related to the duties to be performed. Highly Preferred Qualifications: 1. Minimum two (2) years of work experience managing or directing a family entertainment facility, bowling center, restaurant, or food and beverage operation. 2.Experience with financial analysis, budget development and execution, and food and labor cost management. 3.Experience with marketing and executing programs and events.
