What you'd do
This position is located at This position is located at Fort Huachuca Family & Morale, Welfare and Recreation: Mountain View Golf Course. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Subsequent referrals to the Hiring Manager will occur weekly. The first cut-off date for this position will be July 1st, 2026. Then every Wednesday thereafter until all positions are filled.
Major duties
Performs repair work on a variety of gas and diesel powered equipment including gas powered rental golf cars, multi-gang mowers, tractor drawn mowers, greens mowers, aerators and other mechanical equipment. Diagnoses malfunctions of equipment to determine the source of trouble, extent of repairs required, and the tools and parts necessary to successfully make repairs. Accomplishes minor engine repairs by cleaning, adjusting, and/or replacing defective parts of components and systems, including wheel cylinders, mufflers, brake shoes, carburetors, etc Must have the knowledge required to diagnose and determine source of malfunctions and the skill to make necessary repairs to a variety of Turf related equipment and hydraulic drive motors, their components and electrical systems. Must have the knowledge and skill necessary to make fabrication repairs to equipment to include using a torch and welding.
