What you'd do
This position is located at Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
Major duties
Plans, develops, and implements sales programs for Club systems in the MWR facilities. Ensure activities are in accordance to the developed sales objectives, and ensure execution of the developed sales strategies, plans and advertising or promotional programs. Evaluate new product and market opportunities, and provide analysis to management for decision making. Develop pricing policy and price lists for all catering events; work with Managers to ensure proper billings for events; explain and justify charges to clients. Recommend and develop office systems to track clients and types of services performed; analyze trends and potential for repeat business; prepare reports setting forth conclusions and recommendations
What you need to qualify

A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. Progressively responsible experience in catering and at least one year specialized experience at the next lower level. 2. Must be well-organized and be attentive to detail. 3. Must possess ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Posses at least one year of experience operating catering software or systems. Experience MUST be reflected on your Resume at the time of application to be considered for Standard and/or Highly Qualified for this position. Applicants meeting the Highly Preferred criteria will be referred first to the Selecting Official. All other applicants may be referred for consideration at managements request.
