What you'd do

Major duties
You will coordinate with all levels of staff members and managers to facilitate day-to-day financial and administrative requirements. You will advise senior leaders on new mission requirements or business processes needed to accomplish an organization's strategic objectives. You will evaluate information management programs to identify and resolve conflicting goals and objectives. You will analype potential problem areas to determine programmatic or budgetary impacts to an organization. You will monitor the performance management of specific goals in support of a command's strategic plans. You will document recommendations to senior leaders outlining improvements to the effectiveness of operational procedures.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyzes program performance data to identify issues, make recommendations for improvement, and drive innovative solutions; 2) Analyzes and interprets complex intricacies involved in the application of related laws, regulations, policies, precedents, methods and techniques of program management and planning, as well as resource management; 3) Analyzes resource program effectiveness and develops recommendation for Senior Leadership; 4) Develops and recommends changes to measure program accomplishments, results or effectiveness; 5) Provides on-going review and financial/budget analysis to the Program Manager to ensure completion of mission requirements; 6) Advises the Program Manager in establishing and maintaining sound organizational structures, improving management methods and procedures, assuring the effective and efficient use of manpower; 7) Formulates and recommends new or modified program administrative policies, procedures, and regulations; and 8) Develops and evaluates subordinate employees' performance standards.
