What you'd do
This position is located at Texas Roadhouse, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will be paid. Recruitment incentive or bonus in the amount of $1,500 is authorized upon completion of Texas Roadhouse Manager in Training (MIT), Army and MWR training. Retention Bonus: $2,000 after 24 consecutive months of service and receive an Above Satisfactory Rating on Annual review.
Major duties
Manage a large franchise restaurant front of the house (FOH) operations. Oversee all Front of the House Operational systems like POS and credit card processing. Responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparation of all FOH recipes and procedures. Increase Sales and maintain budgeted labor costs and proper inventories. Formulate instructions to all Front of House staff.
What you need to qualify

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience managing or directing the activities of full service Franchise style restaurant (ie. steakhouse, etc). Minimum two years experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager of a full service Franchise restaurant concepts preferred. NOTE: The above minimum qualifications must be described within the duties of previous work experience listed on the applicant's resume and/or supporting documents. A copy of all documents must be submitted at the time of application.
