What you'd do

This position serves as a IT Program Manager (ENTARCH), located in the Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of the Chief Information Officer, Cybersecurity Services Staff, Cyber Enterprise Engineering & Service Directorate located in Washington, DC. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the technical authority responsible for the oversight, coordination, and execution of enterprise IT and cybersecurity operations supporting mission-critical national security functions.

Major duties

The duties and responsibilities for a IT Program Manager (ENTARCH) GS-2210-14 generally include, but are not limited to, the following: Designs, implements, and assesses enterprise architecture frameworks to align information technology systems, strategies, and services with organizational mission requirements. Establishes and applies architecture principles, standards, and governance processes to guide technology decisions and ensure compliance with enterprise requirements. Integrates and operationalizes enterprise data across systems by standardize data flows, ensuring data integrity and availability. Performs advanced analysis of data to assess enterprise cybersecurity posture, identify systemic control gaps, and quantify risk exposure in alignment with federal mandates. Evaluates and reports on enterprise risk posture by validating security controls, tracking remediation actions.

What you need to qualify

To qualify for the position of IT Program Manager (ENTARCH), at GS-2210-14, you must meet the basic qualification requirements listed below. Basic Qualifications (2210 series): Please refer to the OPM IT Management Series 2210 Qualification Standard for the specific experience requirements for the GS-12 and above positions. AND Specialized Experience: To qualify for the GS-14 grade level, you must have one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service, or comparable non-Federal experience. Specialized experience is defined as experience performing the following duties: Plans, coordinates, and executes enterprise IT and cybersecurity operations. Manages large-scale enterprise data assets, ensuring data quality, integrity, availability and compliance across multiple business units. Administers or supports Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions, including event monitoring, correlation, and incident response activities. You MUST meet all qualification requirements, including time-in-grade, by the 07/10/2026 of this announcement.
