What you'd do

This position is located at JBLM MWR Warrior Zone. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

Major duties

Cleans rooms, halls, stairways, and other areas. Sweeps, mops, and vacuums. Operates and maintains mechanical equipment to clean rugs, drapes, etc. Cleans disinfects and deodorizes toilet facilities. Cleans and dusts assigned areas and empties trash. Washes walls, windows, blinds and ceiling fixtures using ladders, scaffolds and safety belt. Maintains stock of room and cleaning supplies to perform assigned duties. Performs other duties as assigned.

What you need to qualify

A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. Must have knowledge, skills and ability to perform the duties listed above to include the ability to use and maintain the tools and equipment of the trade and to keep the assigned work area neat and clean. 2. Must be able to communicate both orally and in writing.
