What you'd do

You will serve as a INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST in the ATC Modeling & Simulation Branch of NAWCAD WEBSTER OUTLYING FIELD.

Major duties

You will support effective operation of ship-board and shore-based Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems. You will design, develop, integrate, and evaluate complex airborne mission systems and associated software-driven capabilities. You will work on aircraft systems and sensor interfaces.

What you need to qualify

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the gs-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Demonstrated success in the advancement and integration of new technologies across the Naval Air Enterprise. 2) Aircraft guidance, navigation, and control experience. 3) Aircraft systems and sensor interface experience. 4) Cockpit displays and controls experience. 5) Data links experience such as ARCData links, ARC-210, Tactical Targeting Network Technology (TTNT).
