THIS IS AN INDIANA NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION This position is part of the IN 181st Intelligence Wing, Indiana National Guard under Position Description Number D1642P01. If you would like the complete list of duties, please contact the POC of this announcement.

Major duties

Provides group level direction and management for work characterized as infrastructure support for organizations and tenants of the host ANG base. Implements the host Mission Support Group portion of the Designed Operational Capability (DOC) statement of the unit and/or the Emergency War Orders (EWO). Directs the unit Status of Resources and Training Systems (SORTS) and AEF Reporting Tool (ART) reports for all mission support functions to reflect unit mission capability under wartime conditions. Oversees the management and direction of the host Mission Support and Military Personnel Flights. Oversees base wide logistics readiness functions, to ensure the primary peacetime and wartime flying mission of the wing/base is supported at all times. Performs other duties as assigned.

MILITARY GRADES: O5 thru O6 COMPATIBLE MILITARY ASSIGNMENTS: **030C0** If applicant is willing to join the Indiana Air National Guard and meet the AFSC compatibility requirements, please upload your Report Individual of Personnel (RIP) to your documents on this application to determine ASVAB qualification. GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education, or training in managing or directing, one or more programs, including appropriate supporting service organizations. Supervisory, managerial, professional, or technical work experience and/or training which has provided knowledge of management principles, practices, methods and techniques. Experience using computer and automation systems. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Experience time requirements of 1 year equivalent to at least next lower grade level. Applicants specialized experience includes analyzing problems, identifying significant factors, gathering pertinent data, and recognizing solutions; preparing reports, plans, policies and various correspondence; evaluating objectives and develop plans to facilitate the availability and effective utilization of various resources. Must have knowledge of the organization and its mission and utilized the organizational staff procedures. Experience applying analytical and evaluative techniques to issues or studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations carried out by administrative or professional personnel, or substantive administrative support functions.
