About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the 55 FSS Marketing Department.

Major duties

Under the direction of the Marketing Director, assists in development & implementation of marketing campaigns aimed at boosting participation in 55th Force Support Squadron morale, welfare, and recreation activities. Manages digital channels, social media, printing & distribution of marketing material. Captures, edits, and produces high-quality photographic and video content to anchor FSS marketing campaigns and digital presence. Leverages digital design tools, specialized computer software, and instruments developed specifically for use within the FSS to optimize visual content across multiple digital channels. Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop visual communication strategies that determine the most effective and efficient methods of reaching the target market. Assists in designing and executing multimedia-driven marketing. Perform other related duties as assigned. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Experience which provides a general knowledge of marketing/advertising principles and practices. In addition, must have specialized experience operating professional camera equipment, and advanced digital editing suites (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud) to deliver publication-ready imagery. Ability to read, write and speak English. Must possess skill in dealing with customers and public. Condition(s) of Employment: Successful completion and favorable adjudication of applicable background investigation (Tier 1 Level) is required.
