What you'd do

Major duties
You will ensure accurate, timely, and complete Real Property Inventory data within the specific contiguous and non-contiguous geographic areas of responsibility. You will ensure the integration of Real Property accountability through real property collection and validation of substantiating documentation, all within the required timelines. You will prepare and present technical documents or summaries and provide technical consultations, point papers and special reports to higher authorities. You will assure Audit readiness and the efficient execution of Real Property supporting documentation and project related information for all new and existing Real Property assets at the Installation.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following 1) Real Property: Understanding the principles and methods of Real Property Inventory (RPI) reporting and the processes required to maintain audit readiness; 2) Data Management and Integrity: Gathering, analyzing, and validating large amounts of detailed information from various sources to ensure a complete and accurate inventory; 3) Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborating with professional, technical, and organizational staff across different departments, agencies, and military services; 4) Problem-Solving: Using judgment and initiative to handle unusual projects or problems where guidelines may be inadequate. *NOTE: INFORMATION MUST BE SUPPORTED IN YOUR RESUME* Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website: Clerical and Administrative Support Positions Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
