What you'd do
This position is in the Office of Finance and Administration, Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer, Workforce Systems and Administrative Division, Systems and Data Modernization Branch. This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to one of the duty stations stated in this announcement on a regular basis (location TBD after candidate selected).
Major duties
You will: Develop and manage business requirements, and analyze and develop technical solutions. Manage data requests, create data visualizations, and perform data analysis. Develop plans and implement system modernizations. Provide sound leadership and management judgment. One or more positions may be filled (in the organization advertised and/or in other organizations), if appropriate to the position.
What you need to qualify
NOTE: You must meet qualification requirements, including any requirements described in the Education section, by the closing date of this announcement. In addition to the basic education requirements, you must have specialized experience and/or directly related education as described below: To qualify for the GS-14 level, you need to have at least one year of full-time experience equivalent to the GS-13 level defined as providing technical advice related to systems, applications, and data management, development, or implementation; providing analysis and input on information technology solutions and procedures; and coaching or mentoring others on IT related work.
