SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST
What you'd do
You will serve as a SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
Major duties
You will analyze systems requirements in Navy ERP to supply operations requirements, risks and costs. You will research, evaluate and provide support/analysis to correct problems and analyze patterns in customer support requirements. You will coordinate analysis and systems design requirements for Maritime users ensuring a common business solution. You will design and provide customer training in principles, capabilities, navigation and performing business transactions in Navy Supply systems.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively brief management and executive personnel as a Subject Matter Expert (SME); 2) Knowledge and understanding of the Navy Supply System, including the Navy ERP Single Supply Solution, as well as inventory, logistics, and supply chain management; 3) Providing IT, data mining, and business analysis support by analyzing system requirements in Navy ERP to determine supply operations requirements, risks, and costs; 4) Determining operational procedures and solutions for Navy supply business processes in areas such as planning and forecasting, order fulfillment, repair, procurement, and production support; 5) Developing and validating data analysis techniques, translate functional requirements into design specifications, and evaluate the feasibility of new systems development projects.
