What you'd do

You will serve as a SUPERVISOR in the C2 DEPARTMENT, CODE 530 of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.

Major duties

You will be responsible for the technical coordination between all Branch projects within the Tactical Systems Interoperability and Integration Division, Code 53500. You will be responsible for the supervision, planning, and coordination of all personnel and facilities assigned to the Branch. You will be responsible for coordination of management of all projects within the Branch, including task proposals, task agreements, financial and technical status reporting, and future task planning. You will Works with each member of the branch to develop their respective annual STRL Contribution Plans, conducts and documents their performance reviews, and makes compensation recommendations to the sub pay pool and pay pool manager. You will coordinate with the other Branch Heads and project managers throughout the Division, Department, and Center, supporting the coordination of related technologies and cross training and assignments of personnel.

What you need to qualify

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NM-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading multifaceted integrated teams by providing technical oversight, project management knowledge, and/or contract oversight of organizational projects; Knowledge of C2 systems and major platforms/weapon systems that employ Tactical Data Links; Ability to apply basic financial management principles and/or techniques, and providing subject matter expertise to organizational projects.
