What you'd do
About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Youth Center on Ellsworth AFB. This position is considered regular part time. You are guaranteed 20 hours, however, could work up to 40 hours. ???????As a regular employee you are eligible to earn leave and other NAF Benefits.
Major duties
Performs substantive clerical work in support of Youth Center operations. Counts cash, makes daily deposit paperwork. Prepares, explains and assists parents and guardians with contracts for School Age Program and After School Program. Maintains waiting list for SAP and contracted classes. Assists customers at the front counter as necessary. May assist with lunch preparation and servings. Takes notes during Youth Center meetings and prepares minutes.
