This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies through the Modified DHA for Certain Personnel of DoD.. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Major duties

At the WG-05 developmental duties, as assigned, to include the following: You will assist journey level riggers to using both traditional and modern rigging techniques to lift, move, and position equipment and materials. You will assist higher level riggers to safely handle, install and remove all materials and components requiring the use of weight handling equipment. You will assist in the manufacture of leather and canvas covers. You will serve as a member of a rigging or lifting team. At the WG-08 developmental duties, as assigned, to include the following: You will use both traditional and modern rigging techniques to lift, move, and position equipment and materials. You will select and assemble weight handling gear used to lift, move and position heavy loads. You will manufacture of wire rope and fiber rope products such as nets, ladders, pendants, falls, slings, hammocks, sword matting. You will manufacture of leather and canvas covers.

Although a specific length of time and experience is not required for most trade and labor occupations, you must show through experience and training that you possess the quality level of knowledge and skill necessary to perform the duties of the position at the level for which you are applying.
