Major duties
Responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing enterprise wide hiring and employment practices for Army NAF HR Operations. Provides subject-matter expertise on Army-wide NAF recruitment and employment programs. Leads modernization efforts, including automation and workflow enhancements. Uses data analytics to identify workforce trends, track hiring and support strategic decision-making within agency. Represent agency interests in workgroups, advisory boards, and cross-functional teams.
What you need to qualify
Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. Progressively responsible human resources work experience and knowledge of two or more NAF (Non-appropriated Fund) functional areas, principles, practices and current legal regulatory or procedural requirements. 2. Functional knowledge of automated recruitment systems (e.g. USA Staffing, USAJOBS). 3. Posses prior experience using Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams). Reports tools (e.g. Business Objects Applications, Cognos, Power BI) and ability to use various human resources systems or tools.
