SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST
What you'd do
This position is in the Supervision/Management Work Category at the Expert Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. This position is for DISA White House Communications Agency at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, District of Columbia. This is an Excepted Service position and does not confer eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. If you are a current Federal Career/Career-Conditional employee, you will be placed on an Excepted appointment under 10 U.S.C. 1599f.
Major duties
Provides input in the formulation of policies and procedures, which implement and assure compliance with federal statutes, DoD regulations, and which reflect consistency and compliance with all Memoranda of Understanding and Interagency Agreements. Provides expert technical advice on financial, acquisition, and contractual matters. Administers the financial and contractual management aspects of several diverse programs, providing counsel affecting both policies and procedures for operating components. Provides oversight for all financial, acquisition, and telecommunication services. Develops short, medium, and long-range resource management and financial objectives.

In order to qualify for this position, you must meet the requirements described below. Basic Requirements: Qualifying Experience: To qualify at the GG-15, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Experience refers to any paid or unpaid experience, including volunteer work and Military service, that would be considered equivalent to work normally performed at the next lower grade level in the federal service. For this position, qualifying experience is defined as: Experience in formulating compliance-driven policies, providing expert advisory on financial and acquisition matters, administering contractual programs, or developing strategic resource management objectives. Candidates must describe how they meet the qualifying experience and/or selective placement factor(s) within the body of their resume. All qualifications must be met within 30 days after the closing date of this announcement. Additionally, prior to reporting for duty the selectee must be found eligible for a DoD Top Secret security clearance with access to Special Compartmented Information (SCI) based upon an Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI), AND be approved for Presidential Support Duty in accordance with Department of Defense Directive 5210.55 (Yankee White - Category II, minimum). This is an Excepted Service position and does not confer eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service.
