What you'd do
This position is located at Physical Fitness Facilities. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
Major duties
Circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory; receives and resolves customer complaints; provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilitates and machinery. Assists patrons in use of the facility by checking out equipment, providing safety instructions, demonstrating new equipment, teaching classes, etc. Plans, conducts, publicize and arrange support for special events, social activities, tournaments and related functions. Leads the work of other employees. Passes on to other workers instructions received from the supervisor and starts work. Distributes and balances work- load assuring that each employee has enough work to keep busy. Answers questions of other employees on procedures, policies, and directives
What you need to qualify

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience, which involved dealing with general public. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Possess Lead and/or Supervisor experience AND at least six (6) months work experience OR Possess at least six (6) months work experience AND three (3) months customer service experience. **Applicants who meet both the minimum qualifications and at least one of the best qualifying criteria will be referred to the selecting official first. To be evaluated as a best qualified candidate, your resume MUST clearly reflect the knowledge and experience listed under the best qualified criteria above.
