Major duties
You will manage, fuse, and develop all-source intelligence in support of MARFORRES global deployments into theaters of operations that meet relevant intelligence community directives (ICD) compliance. You will prepare regionally focused analysis concentrated on combatant command-specific operational environments. You will deliver persistent intelligence over-watch that monitors threat streams that impact U.S. interests. You will direct, plan, and coordinate the intelligence architecture requirements necessary to support tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination through the employment of intelligence analysis capabilities. You will lead analytic communities of interest (COI), collaborative intelligence venues, and relevant battle rhythm events that support theater situational awareness. You will oversee the establishment and execution of in-house and Intelligence Community analytical training and certification programs. You will mentor junior analysts and provide expert training on analytical tradecraft and all automated systems and data handling software available to the analysts in the Fusion Section.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GG/GS-12) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector, such as: 1. Manage, fuse, and develop all-source intelligence to perform intelligence-related research, analysis, collections, and/or operations. 2. Deliver persistent intelligence overwatch to monitor threat streams impacting US interests and prepare regionally focused analysis. 3. Employ intelligence analysis capabilities to direct, plan, and coordinate the intelligence architecture requirements necessary to support tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination. 4. Utilize knowledge of intelligence processes, cycle, and organizations to mentor junior analysts and provide training on analytical tradecraft, automated systems, and data handling software.
