What you'd do
This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Major duties
You will update the activity master plan, to include analysis/evaluation of land use, siting of facilities, unit area allocations and physical arrangements of facilities to include building assignments. You will draft correspondence for disposal of excess/inadequate facilities. You will provide day-to-day guidance on a variety of planning topics and prepare briefs, reports and point papers. You will maintain all real estate documents for the Depot.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector Reviewing and updating Facilities Planning Documents, Basic Facilities Requirements; AND implementing various Facilities Planning Systems. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
