What you'd do

You will serve as a Management Analyst of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.

Major duties

You will provide advice to management on the evaluation of the effectiveness of the administrative support services and systems as well as oversee all administrative requirements for SWS program support. You will on a daily basis utilize office automated systems, networks and software to manage, administer and maintain data. You will track and compile various types of information for internal and external reports, metrics and data calls. You will work closely with the Directorate Management Analyst to stay aware of ongoing efforts and help assist.

What you need to qualify

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a Management Analyst. Specialized experience must demonstrate: 1) Reviewing financial documents and records to ensure proper use, accounting, and reporting of funds. 2) Preparing financial status reports and budget analyses for management. 3) Performing personnel actions in accordance with applicable personnel policies. 4) Administering or coordinating monetary and time-off awards programs.
