What you'd do
This position is located at McCoy's, the central hub of activity at Fort McCoy, WI. This large facility includes Dining, Sports Bar, Bowling Center, Recreation and Leisure Activities and Conference and Catering Spaces Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Announcement will have a first cutoff date of July 23, 2026, applicants that submit a complete application packet prior to that date and found eligible may be given first consideration.
Major duties
Manages a business activity as an assistant manager. Supervises assigned staff. Represents the activity to the public. Recommends and enforces operating procedures of a Food and Beverage Facility. Conducts surveys, reviews activity reports and makes recommendations concerning services, promotional activities and revenue improvements. Performs other duties as assigned.

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience or education directly related to the duties to be performed. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": A minimum of six (6) months supervisory experience Cash handling experience Food service experience
