What you need to qualify
ASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. With no supervision, completes work, meets priorities, and achieved results based on the organization’s goals and objectives. 2. Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills to compose and deliver responses to complex questions in a clear, concise, and organized manner. 3. Approves funding documentation in accordance with procedures to ensure public resources are utilized appropriately. 4. Proposes program, process, and policy changes required to enhance organizational efficiency and eliminate barriers to organizational success. 5. Works as a team member and leader, taking responsibility for sharing Agency knowledge, information, and responsibilities with coworkers, subordinates, and superiors HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Previous experience working special programs, funding appropriations, and both deliverable and service task orders. 2. Has current and/or previous knowledge with business analytic tools (i.e. Excel, Microsoft, Power Point, CMS/AMS, PIEE) 3. Experience working with/at a Combatant Command.
