SUPERVISORY FACILITIES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
What you'd do
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FACILITIES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST in the Naval Facilities Engineering Command of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND HAWAII.
Major duties
You will be responsible for a number of separate but related programs that are staffed by civilian (both wage grade and general schedule) and military personnel. You will be responsible for establishing technical and policy goals and set objectives to maintain and/or improve the Facilities Inspection Program at the PWDs. You will oversee the multi-year effort for accurate and timely collection of inspection data in the field. You will oversee the collection and analysis of metrics of the inhouse facilities sustainment program. Explain the metrics and their implications to the Operations and PWD leadership.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector a. Knowledge and experience in industry practices associated with inspection certification programs, skilled trades, and/or other technical fields. Examples of experience includes but is not limited to: repair and/or /maintenance of facility systems including elevators, escalators, vertical transportation equipment, HVAC systems, industrial equipment, fire alarm systems, and/or any technical systems. b. Experience specialized inspection code compliance, references, instructions, and other policies.
