PHYSICAL SECURITY SPECIALIST (ANTI-TERRORISM)
What you'd do
You will serve as a PHYSICAL SECURITY SPECIALIST (ANTI-TERRORISM) in the Public Safety Office of NSA ANNAPOLIS SECURITY DETACHMENT.
Major duties
You will develop Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection and emergency management directives to implement established policies. You will make recommendations to the organization on Physical Security requirements or discrepancies when vulnerabilities have been identified. You will monitor the on-the-job training program to advise management on subjects to be included in the program and relative matter. You will advise senior leadership on emergency management procedures that comply with standards and maintain an acceptable level of risk to mission operations.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Determining the program goals and objectives while implementing prescribed policies and develops procedures and plans of action to accomplish the work; 2) Planning, scheduling, and conducting activities to evaluate and recommend ways to improve the effectiveness and the efficiency of program-related policies, and standard operation procedures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the program and overall access control of NSAA and program or project operations; 3) Conducting quality assurance on finished work randomly and also quality assurance is being conducted on all work leaving the access control program and being forwarded to higher authority; 4) managing the access control division of the security department. The access control program manager also serves as the installation TASM; and 5) Ensuring TAs conduct the proper entry of all qualified Navy contractors into the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC), facilitation of the application, validation, and approval of personnel data entered into the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting Systems (DEERS) prior to eligible personnel being issued a (CAC).
