What you'd do

You will serve as an INSTALLATION PLANS, PROGRAMS AND READINESS INTEGRATOR in the COMMANDER, NAVY INSTALLATIONS COMMAND of NAVAL WEAPONS STATION EARLE.

Major duties

You will perform a wide variety of analytical, technical, and tactical advisory functions related to the entire field of Base Operating Support (BOS)/Shore Installation Management (SIM). You will determine areas for review and information needed to provide management with evaluative data and materials needed for effective and efficient program performance. You will research, draft and present project papers, staff reports, and briefings to senior leadership on findings and recommendations. You will provide management oversight of day-to-day business operations for Installation and tenant activities. You will develop and implement an internal control system to ensure proper vetting and approval of installation information prior to release.

What you need to qualify

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience monitoring programs and projects to determine effectiveness of operations and developing methods to facilitate achieving program objectives. Experience integrating short and long range planning and execution of installation programs, such as financial, manpower and personnel readiness, operations and program performance. Experience analyzing program performance data to make recommendations for improvement and drive innovative solutions. Experience reporting findings by compiling and analyzing program results using statistical analysis.
