About the Position: Serve as Supervisory Program Analyst in the Joint Interagency Task Force (JIATF) 401.
Major duties
Direct the planning, coordination and execution of acquisition planning, operations and financial management functions for the Acquisition and Resourcing Division. Maintain status of Program Management budget lines in support of program requirements. Track milestones, actionable events, and/or program issues under review. Supervise a headquarter-level directorate division staffed with a diversity of Army military and civilian personnel. Hear and resolve complaints of employees referring the more serious issues to higher levels of authority. Assign workload to subordinates based on organization priorities.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes executing non-traditional acquisition management programs through multiple facets of the government such as military services and interagency partners; developing financial management priorities to ensure availability of resources while meeting established milestones and events for development; fielding of systems such as budget requests, program execution and monitoring, baseline cost estimate, spend plans, operations research and other analytical studies, workflow, and management and procedural analysis studies; planning organizational goals based on new policy and guidance. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-14). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted. Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-14).
