What you'd do

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the PMS 326 NAVSEA HQ FIELD SUPPORT.

Major duties

You will oversee, direct and participate in the analysis of incoming requests from Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. You will review foreign customer requirement for compatibility with DOD and OPNAV policy and guidelines. You will coordinate and chair working group meetings with senior OSD, Navy International Programs Office, and SYSCOM officials, contractor representatives and FMS customers. You will determine and define the need for Contract Support Services, prepare necessary Procurement Requests (PR's), participate in source selection and negotiations, and act as the Technical Point of Contact on Procurement Requests. You will provide technical support in the preparation and issuance of funding documents in support of material and engineering requirements. You will review and validate all Price and Availability estimates and serve as the point of contact for negotiating Price and Accountability information.

What you need to qualify

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level/pay band NH-03 (GS-13) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector with budget management, stakeholder negotiations, and contractor oversight to ensure compatibility with DOD and OPNAV policy and guidelines for Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
