MANAGEMENT ANALYST
What you'd do
You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the TRANSFORMATION OFFICE (INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGY INSERTION DIVISION) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
Major duties
You will serve as the facilitator/analyst for assigned process/transformation improvement projects for day-to-day waterfront production and engineering support throughout the shipyard. You will conduct analysis and assist employees in the analysis of organizational behaviors and performance including impact on organizational effectiveness, preparation of learning and performance improvement activities, and performance metrics. You will assist in determining the need for and the preparation and facilitation of improvement events. You will be responsible for providing training in performance and process improvement techniques to personnel.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying qualitative or quantitative analysis to assess program effectiveness and efficiency and developing recommendations for optimizing mission effectiveness and strategic planning needs.
