What you'd do

You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the BUSINESS DIRECTOR DIVISION of NSWC PHILA DIV.

Major duties

You will serve as a digital resource development and delivery specialist located in the office of the Business Director, Division. You will supervise and coordinate the strategic development of organization-wide digital resources across technical and business domains to advance management and data sharing efficiencies. You will increase efficiency of common business and technical processes, data management standardization, business rules guidance, and employee digital proficiency within a results-driven culture. You will serve as a recognized expert in business processes, digital process development, management policies, and data validation with the ability to build broad strategic plans. You will provide guidance and recommend policy and investment strategies on digital transformation to command leadership.

What you need to qualify

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-05 (GS-13/14 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: leading the strategic development and implementation of digital transformation initiatives across technical and business domains; evaluating and improving existing programs and processes to identify novel opportunities and ensure product delivery and sustainment; and negotiating with all levels of management to gain acceptance of new methods and digital tools.
