FSC PROGRAM MANAGER
What you'd do
You will serve as a FACILITY SUPPORT CONTRACT(FSC) PROGRAM MANAGER in the PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST.
Major duties
You will be responsible for the overall integration of product line policies, practices, and program management directives. You will develop, implement, and makes use of techniques necessary to identify and provide timely, accurate responses to customer inquiries related to Product Line services and workload delivery. You will work with Product Line Coordinators, Supervisors, higher level officials and customers to facilitate decisions regarding improvements to program management, product service delivery, and product line performance metric information. You will implement, execute, and monitor the FSC Product Line Plan (PLP). You will serve as the primary consultant providing assistance and advice on technical specifications and detailed cost estimates of Facility Support Contracts.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Identifying, developing and defining program policies related to facilities maintenance; 2) Analyzing problems and developing recommendations for corrective actions related to facilities maintenance; 3) Planning and coordinating actions based on an organization's structure, operations, production facilities, processes and methods; 4) Applying a wide range of qualitative and quantitative assessment techniques to evaluate effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of programs; 5) Recommending and negotiating effectively with all levels of management and customers. *NOTE** This information must be clearly supported in your resume.
