What you'd do

You will serve as an EQUIPMENT FACILITIES AND SERVICES SPECIALIST in the FACILITY AND INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT of FLTREADCEN EAST.

Major duties

You will be responsible for recommending and implementing policies, procedures, and processes to facilitate cradle-to-grave life cycle management of Depot assets. You will serve as the functional manager responsible for administering the Plant Property and Support Equipment Accountability Program for the Depot. You will serve as the division subject matter expert (SME) for all MAXIMO issues. You will develop Depot procedures and monitors effectiveness for the management and control of plant equipment, Class II through Class VI. You will manage the collection of data to support proactive maintenance management including retrieving, sorting, and ensuring the quality data entered in MAXIMO.

What you need to qualify

FOR THE GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing MAXIMO or equivalent CMMS for planning and scheduling of maintenance and repair activities; 2) Implementing policies, procedures and processes to facilitate life cycle management of assets; 3) Manage the collection of data to support proactive maintenance management; 4) Tracking and updating the status of all in progress and completed maintenance work orders in MAXIMO or equivalent CMMS. FOR THE GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing MAXIMO or equivalent CMMS for planning and scheduling of maintenance and repair activities; 2) Implementing policies, procedures and processes to facilitate life cycle management of assets; 3) Manage the collection of data to support proactive maintenance management; 4) Tracking and updating the status of all in progress and completed maintenance work orders in MAXIMO or equivalent CMMS.
