Supervisory Management and Program Analyst
What you'd do
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base (DIB) & Major Range and Test Facilities Base (MRTFB) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
Major duties
Provide direct supervision and leadership to a team of management and program analysts. Evaluates operations supervised in terms of mission accomplishment. Oversees the Depot's Continuous Process Improvement Programs Oversees the Depot’s ERP programs. Provides Oversight for the Depot’s Quality Assurance (QA) Program.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes analyzing and evaluating new or modified policies and procedures; leading or participating in project teams to resolve complex operational problems; providing guidance on process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma; and offering technical expertise on Quality Assurance (QA) policies and procedures and/or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as LMP, GCSS-A or GFEBS to support supply, logistics and business processes. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS11)
