This position is located at NAF (Non-Appropriate Fund) Support Management Division, Logistics Facility, Fort Shafter, Hawaii. Incentives and Bonuses Recruitment/Relocation Incentive will be paid. Bonus in the amount of up to 25% of annual basic pay is authorized. Major duties

Manages all real property sustainment, restoration, modernization and new construction projects for the Morale, Welfare and Recreation Directorate (MWRD) at the garrison level. Prepares studies and analyses that justify projects as the most feasible alternatives to satisfy MWRD program needs. Conducts economic analyses of alternatives for projects as directed, Advises the NAF Support Chief on findings, conclusions and recommendations. Develops functional project requirements through the preparation of project development brochures, drawings, makes layouts to determine relative positions of components of intricate mechanisms. Ascertains that all information needed for production is provided in accordance with appropriate design and drafting standards.

Highly Qualified Criteria: Must possess 3 to five years governing project, development, design and execution. *To be evaluated as a highly qualified candidate, your resume MUST clearly reflect the knowledge and experience listed under minimum qualified AND highly qualified criteria above. NOTE: Applicants who meet both minimum qualified and highly qualified criteria will be referred to the selecting official for consideration first.
