MANAGEMENT ANALYST
What you'd do
You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Enlisted Distribution Division (PERS-40) of NAVY PERSONNEL COMMAND.
Major duties
You will schedule, track, and monitor Enlisted Distribution Training for almost 400 military officer and enlisted personnel and civilian employees. You will serve as a senior analyst, provide PCS orders generation training to ensure regulatory compliance. You will act as a technical advisor to the director and divisional staff, providing impact statements on proposed changes to enlisted distribution policy. You will provide technical presentations/briefs to division personnel and senior leaders.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Creating decisions based on personnel distribution and placement policies; 2) Providing guidance to personnel on manpower and procedures; and 3) Evaluating implications of new concepts, methodologies, and/or data systems on work requirements.
