What you'd do
This position is located at: Lone Star Conference Center- Fort Hood, Texas. The Lone Star Conference Center consists of 10 well-equipped and sophisticated rooms to accommodate gatherings and celebrations, a decorating department and sales office. Dedicated to preserving military tradition, to include military ceremonies, festive weddings and parties. This is an open continuous announcement. All qualified applicants will be forwarded to management on a weekly or as needed basis.
Major duties
Mows grass, lays sod, weeds flowerbeds, trims and edges walkways and lawns; prunes shrubs and trees, applies fertilizer, waters plants and cleans out drainage ditches. Digs, fills and tamps soil and gravel in ground excavations; levels ground using pick, shovel, tamper and rake; stacks and arrange supplies for storage. Cleans rugs and drape, wax and polish floors using heavy duty industrial- powered equipment; adjusts, cleans, oils and changes attachments on machines. Washes and replaces room fixtures using ladders and scaffolds; uses chemicals, cleaning solutions and maintains stock of cleaning materials and implements used. Moves heavy items of furniture and office equipment. Performs other duties as required.
What you need to qualify

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Three (3) month of laboring experience required. Must have the ability to use, control and clean tools and power equipment used, and ability to follow oral and/or written instructions involving duties with several distinct tasks or steps without constant supervisor of each task assigned.
