What you'd do

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST of MARINE CORPS AIR STATION YUMA.

Major duties

You will provide management consultation services to help resource managers identify and resolve problems. You will prepare and conduct special studies and projects and assess the effectiveness of program operations. You will assist management officials, SME's, and others in defining project scope. priority, and project staffing. You will prepare reports describing and justifying the analytical study results.

What you need to qualify

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Conducting reviews of operational or administrative processes; gathering, researching, and reporting information; and preparing reports or other written materials to communicate recommendations to supervisors or management.
