SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST
What you'd do
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the Center for Information Dominance, Learning Site of INFOWARTRACMD SAN DIEGO CA located in San Diego, CA.
Major duties
You will manage training programs, advise senior leadership on readiness, and oversee curriculum development, revision, and administration. You will oversee the Student Management and Academic Review Board (ARB) processes and provide guidance to course managers on student matters. You will serve as the principal coordinator for the CID/Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) Waterfront Training Support Program contract. You will design and conduct management surveys, reviews, and research projects to develop and implement comprehensive management studies. You will conduct cost analyses and annual/multi-year fiscal program planning for command training programs in coordination with other activities. You will assist the Department Head in the professional development of all department personnel, including providing input on performance evaluations. You will assist the Department Head in supervising all military, civilian, and contract personnel, overseeing day-to-day operations and managing performance. You will apply expert knowledge of analytical techniques to articulate and change plans, ensuring program effectiveness and goal achievement.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: One year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level (GS-12). Specialized experience is defined as: (1) Leading training programs and supervising high-performance teams, including curriculum management, course delivery, instructor development, and resource allocation for geographically dispersed units. (2) Collaborating with Fleet/Joint Force stakeholders, acquisition program offices, and the broader Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) enterprise to align operational requirements with program capabilities and educational initiatives. (3) Applying analytical and evaluative methods to assess the effectiveness of complex training programs and improve operational efficiency and outcomes. (4) Managing Information Warfare (IW) training or IW operational programs within a multi-level security (MLS) environment, including classified networks such as SIPRNet and JWICS. (5) Coordinating the synchronization of technical training equipment, facilities, and personnel to meet training or operational schedules and requirements. (6) Analyzing organizational needs or operational trends to provide programmatic input for strategic planning and resource allocation.
