What you'd do
This position is located at: SpareTime Interactive Entertainment - Fort Riley, Kansas. SpareTime Interactive Entertainment is a family amusement complex offering a diverse range of activities and dining. Attractions include advanced bowling options, an augmented reality climbing wall, sports simulators, batting cages, and an interactive children's play area. The venue also has a "Tailgate Zone" for casual games and a separate 21+ area with billiards, darts, and karaoke.
Major duties
Serves as a Facility Aid in a Fitness Facility. Works under the direction of the Facility Manager. Assists the Facility Manager in the overall operation of a fitness facility. Circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory: provides information and general instruction on the use of equipment, facilities, and machinery. Assists in setting up for instructors, contractors, events, athletic activities, and related functions. Performs facility cleanliness and/or monitors contracts. Assists with publicity of programs and events and assists with the delivery and placement of posters, flyers and other promotional material. Issues/receives equipment to authorized users. Monitors fitness equipment condition; tracks maintenance and repair or replacement as appropriate. Cleans and performs minor maintenance on facility equipment.
