Major duties
You will lead program activities with overall technical program management responsibility for the development, detailed test planning, analysis, and coordination required for the integration/ fleet insertion. You will interface with other test and evaluation personnel as applicable for sub programs in support of the common missile compartment at test facilities. You will execute system level test/ insertion related activites for the OHIO, Vanguard, and CMC programs. You will monitor and conduct independent assessments of the SWS subsystem design, production, installation and test efforts. You will provide scientific, technical, professional engineering and experience based consultation, guidance and recommendations to the technical branches regarding all technical aspects required for the SWS integration/ insertion on submarines.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: leading the development and establishment of policies, procedures and guidelines for system testing verification techniques and operations to verify system level requirements.
