NON-CLINICAL CASE MANAGER
What you'd do
You will serve as a NON-CLINICAL CASE MANAGER in the FAMILY ADVOCACY PROGRAM of MARINE CORPS RECRUIT DEPOT.
Major duties
You will serve as primary administrative coordinator by managing referral intake, conducting administrative eligibility screening, creating and maintaining case files, tracking referrals, and ensuring timely assignment of cases to clinical staff. You will collaborate with military commands, medical treatment facilities, law enforcement, civilian agencies, and internal program staff to coordinate referrals, exchange information, facilitate service delivery, and communicate case status. You will provide non-clinical case management support conducting administrative intake and triage, coordinating referrals to military/community resources, providing resource information and psychoeducation, and monitoring follow-up activities. You will maintain accurate electronic case management records, referral logs, quality assurance documentation, and program databases ensuring compliance with Family Advocacy Program policies, records management requirements, and reporting standards. You will coordinate all administrative aspects of the Incident Determination Committee (IDC) process including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas/case packets, drafting appointment letters/notifications, and recording meeting minutes. You will compile program metrics, prepare reports and correspondence, monitor documentation for quality assurance, and provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the Family Advocacy Program.
What you need to qualify
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing case management or human services to individuals and families; coordinating services with internal and external partners; AND maintaining accurate and confidential records according to program policy and procedure.
