Major duties
THIS IS A T32 EXCEPTED SERVICE, PERMANENT POSITION. The primary purpose of the ACCOUNTING OFFICER, GS-0510-12, is to serve as an Accounting Officer with responsibility for managing the total accounting function for the state ARNG. May make additional selections within 90 days of eligible(s) issuance.
What you need to qualify
ACCOUNTING OFFICER, GS-0510-12: Must have at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-11 level experience in supervising accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of financial data recorded in the accounting system and performs professional accounting analysis and reconciliation of financial activities. Your qualifications will be evaluated on the following competencies: Ability to Lead or Supervise Accounting Operations Decision Support Financial Concepts, Policies, and Principles
