This position is located at the Texas Roadhouse, Joint base Lewis-McChord. Major duties

Mows grass, lays sod, weeds flowerbeds, trims and edges walkways and lawns. Prunes shrubs and trees; applies fertilizer, waters plants, cleans out drainage ditches, shovels snow from walks and driveways. Move heavy furniture. Loads and unloads conveyances; move materials using wheelbarrows, hand trucks or dollies; stacks and arranges supplies; collect refuse and recyclable materials. Performs routine maintenance on equipment. Maintains stockroom and cleaning supplies. Cleans rugs and drapes. Cleans, waxes and polishes floors using heavy industrial-powered equipment. Adjusts, cleans, oils and changes attachments on machines. Washes and replaces room fixtures using ladders and scaffolds. Power wash, clean, sweep, mop, vacuum, strip and polish assigned areas using light and heavy-duty powered equipment. Empties trash. Disinfect toilets. Wash walls, windows, blinds and ceiling fans using ladders, scaffolds, and safety belt. Performs other duties as assigned.

What you need to qualify

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Three (3) month of laboring experience required. Must have the ability use, control and clean tools and power equipment used, and ability to follow oral and/or written instructions involving duties with several distinct tasks or steps without constant supervisor of each task assigned. NOTE: The above minimum qualifications must be described within the duties of previous work experience listed on the applicant's resume and/or supporting documents. A copy of all documents must be submitted at the time of application.
